Interrelationships among money laundering, corruption, and terrorism, their threat to global peace and prosperity, and the convergence of international law efforts to confront them. Because the detection and recovery of concealed assets are essential to deterring these crimes, students will study the fundamentals of financial investigation and “mutual legal assistance” between countries through a five-week computerized gaming exercise.
